Northern State University Athletics

William Walker was an All-Conference tackle for NCS's football team in 1940 and 1941.  Walker was a three-sport letter winner in football, basketball, and track.  He returned to NSC in 1947 and was again selected an All-Conference football player.  He played his final season for Coach Clark Swisher. 

Walker was awarded the outstanding performance certificate in 1961 and developed the honor farm in 1959. 

Walker married Naomi Wilcox Walker and they have three children and two grandchildren.
