Northern State Athletics Hall of Fame
Curt Fredrickson received his bachelor's degree from NSU in 1974, and earned his master's degree three years later. He was an NAIA All-American in baseball in 1973-74 and he also received honorable mention as a football All-American.Â
He continues his association with NSU as head women's basketball coach. Named Coach of the Year on several occasions by various groups, Fredrickson has chalked up more than 300 coaching wins. In 1991, he coached the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics Division II Women's Basketball championship team.
He and his wife, Vicki, have two sons.Â
