Northern State Athletics Hall of Fame
Dr. Cyril Winfield Grace attended Northern State College for three years. He received h is masters degree at University of Wichita and his doctorate degree at the University of Virginia. At Northern, Grace actively participated in several fraternities and groups. He also took part in track where he lettered.
Grace was an instructor at Northern State College, assistand professor at the University of Wichita, president of Mayville State College in North Dakota and professor of sociology at Kearney State College.
Grace's honors include being listed in the Who's Who in America, International Who's Who, and Cambridge University World Biography of 72,000 people from around the world.
Grace married Sara Vivian Watten in 1925 and they have four children and eleven grandchildren.
