Northern State Athletics Hall of Fame
Charles Dokken attended Northern for four years, receiving his bachelor of science degree in education in 1925. Dokken was a three-yera letterman in both football and basketball. He started every basketball and football game during his last three years at Northern. He was also the captain of the basketball team of 1924-1925.Â
After graduation, Dokken was employed by Northwestern Bell Telephone Company. Dokken held various administrative positions with the company.Â
Dokken married Laura E. Perkins and they have two children and four grandchildren.Â
