Rachel (Krogman) Rieger graduated from NSU with a Bachelor of Science in Education in 2015, and a Master of Science in Education in 2018. She lives in Aberdeen, where she works at Huff Construction. She and her husband, Jeff, have one son, Mason.

Rieger played basketball for the Wolves 2010-2015, ending with 1,440 Career Points (7th all-time) and 980 Career Rebounds (3rd all-time). She is the school record-holder averaging 8.8 rebounds per game in her career. She is a single season school record-holder with 356 rebounds; a two-time NSIC All-Conference; CoSIDA Academic All-American; and NSU Hildred Wolfe Award winner.

2014-15: Second Team All-Region ... Second Team All-NSIC selection ... started all 31 games for the Wolves… Averaged 15.5 points, 10.0 rebounds, 2.4 assists, one steal, and one block per game… Shot 48.9 percent from the floor and 74.2 percent from the free throw line… Scpred a career-high 25 points versus Minnesota Crookston… Recorded 14 double-doubles on the year… Notched a season-high 17 boards against Winona State… Led the team in points per game (15.5), field goal percentage (48.9), rebounds (311), and blocked shots (31)…

2012-13: Started all 28 games for NSU... Averaged 12.4 points and 9 rebounds a game... Recorded 11 double-doubles on the year (5 of which were on a streak through January)... Scored a season high 23 points and 11 rebounds against Wayne State in the NSIC Tournament... Racked up a career high 15 rebounds in game 1 versus South Dakota School of Mines... Led the team in FG%, FG Made, Free Throw Attempts, All Rebounding Categories, and Blocked Shots...

2010-11: Played in 15 games as a true freshman... averaged 2.3 points a game... secured 33 rebounds... 6.6 minutes per game...
