Lilly Grebner officially became an All-American at the 2024 NCAA Championships. She opened her final day with a 12th place finish in the 200 butterfly, advancing to the finals session. In the finals, Grebner matched her 12th place prelim finish with a personal best of 2:01.83. She swam a split time of 58.06 and 1:03.77, notching the new personal best by 0.63 seconds.
