Breann Jackson was a successful thrower for the Wolves out of Wheatland, WY. She contributed to Northern’s throwing dynasty by adding two All-American honors to her name.

2015-16
Recorded season bests in the weight (19.12m), shot put (13.50m), and hammer (56.98m)… Tallied 28 top ten finishes on the season and took first place six times… Swept the throwing events at the SDSU DII Invitational… Finished 2^nd and 4^th in the shot put and hammer, respectively, at the NSIC Outdoor Championships… Took fifth in the weight at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships… Finished 13^th in the hammer at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships…

Recorded personal bests in the hammer (53.47m) and the weight throw (18.50m)… Earned All-American status finishing sixth at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the weight throw… Tallied 27 top ten finishes on the year… Took first in the weight throw at the NSU Indoor Open and NSU/SMSU Dual… Finished first in the hammer at the NSU Outdoor Open and the Viking Classic…

Indoor: career-high throw of 55’-7.5” and placed fifth in the weight throw at the MSU Open. Outdoor: placed third with a career-best throw of 163’ in the hammer throw at the Viking Classic
