Dakotah Bullen earned the first All-American honors of her career at the 2017 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships finishing sixth overall in the 10,000m run with a time of 35:06.85. She nabbed the second All-American honor of her career and first in cross country in November of 2017. The senior finished 34th overall in the final race of her career with a time of 21:39.4. She ran track and cross country for the Wolves for four seasons. She was named women’s team most improved athlete in track and cross country for two years and MVP in 2017.

2017: Won both the Herb Blakely Invitational with a time of 18:25.0 (5k) and the Jimmie Invitational with a time of 17:33.0 (5k)…Bullen came 5th in both the NSIC Conference Championships and the Central Regional Championships with times of 21:20.9 (6k), and 21:32.4 (6k), respectively, earning her both All-NSIC and All-Region honors… Bullen also came 34th in the NCAA Championships with a time of 21:31.4, earning her All-American honors…
 
2016: Won the Herd Blakely Invite with a time of 18:13.0 (5k)… finished ninth at the Roy Griak Invitational with a time of 23:12.6 (6k)… Medical Redshirt the rest of the season due to a season ending injury
 
2015: Qualified for the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships finishing ninth in regionals... Finished 56th from the championships with a time of 21:42.10... Won the DSU Herb Blakely Invite in 18:28.00...
 
2014: Finished 41st from the NCAA Division II Cross Country Central Region Meet with a time of 23:08.80... Ran to a sixth place mark at the Augie Twilight in 16:59.00...

2016-17: Recorded personal bests in the 3000m (10:16.38), 5000m (16:43.86), and 10,000m (34:57.14)… Won the 5000m run at the NSIC vs. MIAA Showdown… Broke the outdoor school record in the 10,000m run at the Mt. SAC Relays with a time of 34:57.14… Finished as the runner-up at the NSIC Outdoor Championships in the 5000m and 10,000m runs… Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 5000m and 10,000m runs ranked 16th and eighth overall heading into the meet… Named to the USTFCCCA All-Region team in the 5000m and 10,000m… Earned All-American honors in the 10,000m finishing sixth overall... Finished 18th in the nation in the 5000m run...
 
2015-16: Competed in the distance events for the Wolves… Qualified for the NCAA National Outdoor Championships in the 10,000m run with the 13th fastest time in the nation (35:16.70)… Tallied nine top-10 finishes on the year… Won the 5,000m run at the Emporia State Relays in 17:13.51… Placed third at the NSIC Outdoor Championships in both the 5,000m and 10,000m runs for All-Conference status… Recorded personal bests in both the outdoor 5,000m (17:07.38) and 10,000m (35:16.70), and indoor bests in the 800m (2:36.35), mile (5:20.45), and 3,000m (10:20.41)… Placed 13th overall in the 10,000m run at the NCAA Outdoor Championships…

2013-14: Indoor: placed seventh at the Bison Open with a career-best time in the 3,000 with a time of 11:23.85 … ran a career-best in the mile in 5:56.19 at Black Hills State.
