Prep: Jake Kindred is a 5-foot-11, 175-pound infielder out of Chugiak High School. He is a 4-year starter and 2-year team captain for the Mustangs under head coach Doug Henie. He is a 2-time first team All-State honoree, a second team All-CIC pick, and 2-time Team of Excellence honorable mention honoree. The Mustangs are 2-time State Champions with a 43-8 record in his four seasons. Kindred is also a member of the football team where he is an All-State cornerback. He is the son of Jim and Trina Kindred.
