Aberdeen, S.D. –The Northern State University Track and Field Teams wrap up the regular season this week on Friday, May 3^rd. The Wolves will travel to Vermillion to compete in the USD Tune-Up at the Lillibridge Track Complex.

STORYLINES
 

• Wolves competed at both the Kip Janvrin Open and Drake Relays last weekend
• Josh Martin won the 1500m race at Kip Janvrin
• Megan Pickering placed tenth in the 5,000m
• Joel Matehs took 4^th in 110m hurdles
• Cassidy Gough placed 4^th in the hammer throw
• Vanessa Christensen finished ninth in the 400m dash
• At Drake the men's 4x400m took third in the finals for the first time in northern history, the sprint medley placed second, and the 4x200m relay placed fourth and broke the school record
• Women's sprint medley finished tenth and the shuttle hurdle relay placed seventh with a new school record
• Levi Reis placed seventh in the championships for javelin
• Dammen Roggenbuck and Carson Barnett took fourth and fifth in the college division of javelin
