Wolves face-off against Beavers in non-conference action tomorrow

Aberdeen, S.D. – The Northern State University softball team will head to Minot State tomorrow for a non-conference doubleheader beginning at 12 p.m. versus the Beavers. The two team's will face off from Minot's air supported dome.
 
QUICK HITS ON THE WOLVES
  • Northern State enters the weekend with a 7-9 record overall after going 4-8 from THE Spring Games in Clermont, Fla.
  • As a team, the Wolves are hitting .327 with 146 hits, 81 runs scored, 19 doubles, 11 homeruns, 72 RBI, eight stolen bases, and a .947 fielding percentage
  • Eight starters are hitting above .300 on the year, led by Jamie Fisher with a .415 average
  • Rachel Reinke and Madison Rutter lead the team with 18 hits apiece, batting .409 and .375 respectively
