- In Northern's final win of the season, the Wolves notched three runs on five hits, three ribbies, three errors, 21 putouts, 11 assists and one strikeout on the mound
- After a scoreless first, the Vikings took first off a Stella Harbor single with one away
- Norah Christiansen would follow, hitting into a fielder's choice, taking first but leaving Harbor to get tagged by Aune Boben at second
- Christiansen would make her way around the bags and score off an error to take an early 1-0 lead in the second
- Mckenzie Wanner and the Wolves' defense held their own for the next three innings, allowing one hit and zero runs
- The Vikings put one more on the board in the sixth after Desi Cuevas tallied her second double of the game, this time a leadoff double near the right-field line
- A groundout to the pitcher advanced Cuevas to third before Kierra Lubovich sent a shot into right, bringing Cuevas home from third
- Similar to yesterday's win against Wayne State, the Wolves flipped a switch in the sixth, recording three runs on two hits to take the lead late
- Leading off the inning, Tevan Bryant forced a walk before Brooke Wolf came in to run for the cleanup hitter
- But Wolf's time on the bags was short-lived after Hailey Cota hit into a fielder's choice, forcing Wolf into the first out of the inning
- Madi Jones took first off a hit by pitch before, like her sister, Dessa Bryant forced a walk to load the bases with one gone (Shayla Warak entered for Jones)
- Kinsley Stover made quick work of her at-bat, singling up the middle to bring Cota in to put the Wolves within one
- Kennedy Boyer recorded an RBI, reaching first on a fielder's choice while Dessa Bryant, the winning run, advanced to third
- With the order resetting, Aune Boben put the ball into play right to Jaelyn Garica on the mound, with the ball skipping by Harbor at short to bring Dessa Bryant in for the lead and the win

- The Vikings started the game swinging, recording three runs on four hits and a home run in the opening inning
- But the Wolves responded with two runs of their own in the bottom of the first, with Boben taking first off a hit by pitch
- Alicia Jeanson and Sydney Anderson both singled to load the bases, bringing the four-hole hitter, Tevan Bryant, up to the plate
- With a bomb to center, Tevan Bryant recorded an RBI off a sacrifice fly, putting enough distance between the ball and home plate for Boben to reach safely for NSU's first of two runs in the inning
- Jeanson and Anderson advanced on a wild pitch, with Jeanson taking home on a close, but safe, call to put Northern within one
- But Northern's run was short-lived after Augustana tacked on two runs in each inning for the next three
