Biography

Pre-NSU:  Griglione,a Soldotna, Alaska native, was a 4-year letterman in football and a 3-year letter winner in soccer for Soldotna High School.  Griglione was a 1st Team All-State and All-Conference player on the gridiron as a senior, playing both sides of the ball.  He was named as the conference and state Gatorade Offensive Player of the Year after carrying the ball 139 times for 1,702 yards and 25 touchdowns, while catching 14 passes for 302 yards and another five scores.  Defensively, he made 43 tackles and a pair of sacks while picking off two interceptions.
