Pre-NSU:  Struckman was a four-sport athlete for Hamlin HS participating in football, basketball, track and field, and baeball...was a 2009 team captain for football...earned All-Lake Conference and North-Eastern Conference honors...team captain and leading scorer senior year...named 2008 MVP of Entringen Classic...named 2007 MVP of Region Baseball tourney in legion ball...participated in FCA, church youth group, and was a teacher's aid in high school...recorded 47 tackles, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery during senior year of football....
