Biography

Prep: Terry Towah is a sprinter out of Mounds View High School. He was a 3-year letter winner for the Mustangs under the direction of head coach Ross Fleming. Towah holds personal records of 11.20 in the 100m, 22.07 in the 200m, and 49.27 in the 400m.  He earned all-state accolades in the indoor 4x400m. Towah holds two Mounds View school records in the 200m and 400m, as well as the freshman records in the 100m, 200m, and 400m. He is a 6-time state placer winner, finishing as high as third in the indoor 200m and 400m. He is the son of Andre and Portia Kieren.
