2019-20: Broke the indoor school records in the 200m (22.05) and 300m (34.94)… Added indoor personal bests in the 400m (48.83) and 60m (7.10)… Tallied 18 top-10 finishes, including seven event wins in the indoor season… Finished as the NSIC indoor runner-up in the 400m (49.79) and 4x400m (3:20.71)…

2018-19: Recorded personal bests in the 200m (22.63) and 400m (50.02) during the indoor season… Notched five top-10 finishes during the indoor season… Added outdoor personal bests in the 200m (21.95) and 400m (49.30)… Tallied nine top-10 finishes in the outdoor season… Won the 200m at the Mount Marty Invite… Was a member of the All-Conference 4x400m relay that finished second at the NSIC Championships (3:16.69)…

2017-18: Ran the 400m and 4x400m for the Wolves… Recorded a season best in the 400m with a time of 50.48… Finished eighth in the 400m and was a member of the fifth place 4x400m team at the SDSU Holiday Open…

2016-17: Recorded personal bests of 22.95 in the 200m dash, 36.33 in the 300m dash, and 50.66 in the 400m dash… Was a member of the winning 4x100m relay team at the NSU Twilight… Was a member of the All-Conference 4x400m relay team who finished second at the NSIC Outdoor Championships…

Season and Career Bests

Prep: Isaiha Fletcher if a 6-foot, sprinter out of Fargo South High School. He was a 4-year letter winner and 2-year team captain for the Bruins under head coach Cameron Docter. As a senior Fletcher earned both All-State and All-Conference awards. He was a member of the State Champion 4x400m relay team this past season. Fletcher also plays soccer for Fargo South. He is the son of Teresa and Dustin Wagner.
