Aberdeen, S.D. – Northern State baseball wrapped up their series against Minnesota State Mankato with a double-header Saturday. The Wolves drop both games on senior day to the Mavericks.

  • Minnesota finished their scoring with three runs in the top of the seventh
  • Danny Sanchez got things rolling for the Wolves in the final inning with a double to center field
  • An Easton Rerick single advanced Sanchez to third base while Scott Jussila brought him home with a single, NSU gets on the board
  • Austin Reiter batted in Rerick on the next at bat to wrap up the game's scoring; Wolves fall 13-2
