Women’s Basketball Gears Up to Take on Marauders and Huskies

Aberdeen, S.D. – The Northern State women's basketball team returns home to face off against the University of Mary on Thursday and traveling to St. Cloud State on Saturday. Tip-off times are set for 5:30 p.m. against the Marauders and 1 p.m. against the Huskies to close out the weekend.

  • Lexi Schneider is first on the team averaging 21.1 points and 9.3 rebounds per game along with leading the NSIC in both categories
  • In addition, she leads the team with 53 assists, 29 steals, and 20 blocks
  • Mariah McKeever and Megan Zander follow averaging double figures with 12.7 and 12.0 points per game along with 3.3 and 5.4 rebounds per game respectively
