NORTHERN ADDS PAIR OF SOUTH DAKOTA TRANSFERS

Aberdeen, S.D. – Northern State University head women's basketball coach Paula Krueger announced today the addition of transfers and South Dakota natives Brooke Jensen and Grace Peterson from the University of South Dakota. They will join Liz Boschee (Woonsocket, S.D.), Maddy Blaylark (Minneapolis, Minn.), Izzy Guetzlaff (Red Wing, Minn.), and Addison Neuendorf (Hayti, S.D.) as 2026-27 additions to the Wolves roster.

"We are excited to welcome Grace and Brooke to our roster," noted Krueger. "Both bring outstanding length and versatility to the forward position, adding immediate impact on both ends of the floor. Grace combines a strong first step with three-point range and the toughness to finish effectively at the rim. Brooke is an excellent perimeter shooter with a reliable mid-range game, making her a consistent scoring threat."

"Together, their length and athleticism will be a major asset on the glass and enhance our overall rebounding presence," added Krueger.
