Fargo, N.D – The Northern State swim team finished day one at the Dragon Invite with three Wolves finishing in the top five. The Wolve's tallied six top-5 finishes with
Haley Osborne breaking her personal best in the 200 breast by six seconds.
WOLVES HIGHLIGHTS
- A team of Maddie Gonzales, Hilary Sonnabend, Lilly Grebner, and Haley Osborne notched a fifth place finish in the 200 medley relay hitting the wall at 1:57.43
- The Wolves notched back-to-back second place finishes with Gonzales in the 200 back and Grabner in the 200 breast with times of 2:13.71 and 2:32.56 respectively
- Close behind was Osborne in fourth place with a new personal best by six second hitting the wall at 2:39.00 in the 200 breast
- In the 100 fly, Grebner grabbed the top spot with a time of 58.85
- The Wolves finished the day with a third place finish in the 200 free relay, the team of Osborne, Mia Fursedonne, Annalise Olsson, and Grebner hit the wall at 1:41.27

Northern State returns to action tomorrow Saturday, January 13 to conclude the Dragon Invite. The final day of the event will begin at 10 a.m. at the West Fargo Hulbert Aquatic Center.
