Aberdeen, S.D. – With the final two weeks of the regular season now here, the Northern State baseball team is set to make a push for postseason play as they host four of their final five series at Fossum Field. The Wolves will host Bemidji State for a mid-week doubleheader on Wednesday afternoon with a 1:30 p.m. first pitch, followed by a 3-game series on Saturday and Sunday against UMary. First pitch between Northern and UMary is 1 p.m. on Saturday and 12 p.m. on Sunday.

NORTHERN STATE STORYLINES
- Northern State enters the week with a record of 12-19 (7-11 NSIC), the Wolves are currently tenth in the conference standings
- The Wolves were swept by Minnesota Duluth this past weekend, losing by scores of 6-2 and 13-7 before the third and final game was canceled due to field conditions after severe weather
- Northern State is hitting .235 with 230 hits, 50 doubles, three triples, 17 homeruns, 117 RBI, and 130 runs scored
- Ramon Vega Jr. is the team leader in batting average at .297, he has totaled 27 hits, three doubles, one homerun, nine RBI, and 14 runs scored

- Both Northern catchers rank in the top five of the NSIC in catching runners stealing, Spencer Sarringar ranks fourth while catching 12 runners stealing and Niko Pezonella ranks fifth in the conference catching eight runners stealing
BEMIDJI STATE STORYLINES
- Bemidji State enters the week with a record of 5-32 (2-21 NSIC), the Beavers are currently 15th in the conference standings
- This past weekend the Beavers were swept at St. Cloud State by scores of 10-2, 11-4, and 14-7
- Bemidji State is hitting .224 with 243 hits, 27 doubles, three triples, 11 homeruns, 119 RBI, and 137 runs scored
- Sam Kalberer is the team leader in batter average at .319, he has totaled 36 hits, six doubles, four homeruns, 17 RBI, and 14 runs scored
- Parker Borg is hitting .258 on the season and leads the team with five homeruns
