Aberdeen, S.D. - Information on Wolves Club tickets, Wolves Buddies passes, and priority parking is listed below prior to the Wolves women's basketball team opening the 2021 season this Saturday and Sunday.
 
Due to delays with mail and the holiday season, you may not receive your tickets for the upcoming season before Saturday's game. We apologize for the inconvenience and please know that we are doing everything we can to work through this difficult season, and give you the most updated information as it becomes available.
 
Season tickets and passes were mailed out on December 23^rd and should arrive today (December 31^st) if they have not already. Please follow the scenarios outlined below for steps to follow in regards to tickets and passes.
 
What if I do not receive my ticket pass prior to Saturday?
If you don't receive your tickets before the game on Saturday afternoon, we will have the Wolves Club paid lists at the main north entrance (see gate attendant on the right side when you walk in). Give the attendant your name and they will give you your seat information.
 
What should I do if I have not paid for my tickets for this year?
If you have yet to pay and you would like your tickets for this year, please can stop by the main Barnett Center Office during normal business hours, or come to the gate on Saturday/Sunday and we will get you your tickets. We have them printed and waiting for you! Please remember that attendance will be very limited this year, and if you are not a Wolves Club member, there is no guarantee you will be able to purchase tickets at the door for any upcoming games.
 
I have purchased a priority parking pass, what are my next steps?
Members who have paid for priority parking for basketball will need to drive up to the parking attendants either on the northeast entrance or the west entrance to the lot and give their name. The attendant will then give you your priority parking pass for the year. You will need to present this pass for the remainder of the year each time you attend a basketball game. Once in your parking space, place the pass on the dash.
 
My son or daughter is a Wolves Buddies member, what are my next steps?
Wolves Buddies passes and shirts will be available for pick-up at the main north entrance. The Wolves Buddies list will be at the gate, please notify the attendant that you are picking up these passes.
