Men's Basketball Welcomes Beavers and Golden Eagles this Weekend

Aberdeen, S.D. – The Northern State University men's basketball team returns to the confines of Wachs Arena this Friday and Saturday for their first full weekend of NSIC action. The Wolves will face off against Bemidji State at 5:30 p.m. on Friday and Minnesota Crookston at 6 p.m. on Saturday.
 
QUICK HITS ON THE NORTHERN STATE WOLVES
                • Northern returns to Wachs Arena following an NSIC opening loss to MSU Moorhead on the road, 81-74
                • The Wolves are 4-3 overall, 2-0 from Wachs Arena, and 0-1 in the NSIC this season
                • NSU is shooting 45.5% from the field, 29.3% from the 3-point line, and 69.0% from the foul line thus far
                • They are averaging 73.7 points, 36.0 rebounds, 12.6 assists, 10.1 turnovers, 5.3 steals, and 3.7 blocks per game
                • The Wolves are out-scoring and out-rebounding their opponents by 2.4 points and 1.6 boards per contest
