Prep: Mason Stark is a 6-foot-2 guard out of Chandler, Ariz. and Marcos De Niza High School. He was a 3-year starter for the Padres and team captain in his final two seasons. As a senior, Stark averaged 23.2 points and 6.1 rebounds per game. He shot 47 percent from the arc and 90 percent from the foul line. Stark currently holds the Arizona state record for most consecutive free throws made. He was named All-City, first team all-conference, first team all-region, first team all-academic state, second team all-state, and the Desert Sky Player of the Year. He is the son of Michael and Heather Stark.
