Aberdeen, S.D. – Northern State women's basketball heads to Colorado for the Thanksgiving classic.  The Wolves start the weekend at 7.30 on Friday against Metro State then will travel to Lakewood, CO for a 6 p.m. tip off on Saturday against Colorado Christian.

ABOUT THE NORTHERN STATE WOLVES

·         Northern State tips off the weekend 2-3 overall and 0-1 on the road

·         The Wolves enter the weekend with a field goal efficiency of 44.5% averaging 22.8 field goals per game

·         NSU has out-rebounded their opponents by an average of 6.2 rebounds per game

·         Turnovers has been the achelies heal for Northern State averaging 22.8 per game, which is 10.2 more turnovers per game than their opponents

·         Metro State enters the weekend 0-4, after they dropped game four to St. Cloud State 67-44, then game five to Concordia (Neb.) in an exhibition 81-65

·         The Road Runners are being out-scored on average by 19.2 points per game

·         MSUD has their best efficiency from the foul line as they are shooting 73.8%

·         Metro State is grabbing an average of 31.3 rebounds per game while still being out-rebounded by an average of 10.2
