West Fargo, N.D. – Northern State swimming opened their 2-day quad meet versus MSU Moorhead, Northern Michigan, and St. Cloud State with a 13-event program. The Wolves ultimately fell in all three duals, while also competing against student-athletes from the University of South Dakota.

HIGHLIGHTS
- Northern State opened the dual with a ninth place finish in the 200 medley relay, as the team of Hannah Kiernan, Annalise Bishop, Lauren Forsyth, and Marialuisa Avila finish with a time of 1:56.24
- Forsyth grabbed the first top-10 finish for the Wolves, placing third in the 200 butterfly with a time of 2:14.03
- In the 500 freestyle, Delaney Ryken tallied an eighth place finish hitting the wall at 5:22.15 with all her split times between 31 and 33 seconds
- The Wolves 200 freestyle relay team of Ryken, Cassie Williams, Connor Doran, and Josie Gillund swam to a seventh place with a time of 1:42.85
BEYOND THE RESULTS
- Lauren Forsyth's was the top NSIC finisher in the 200 fly and the time currently ranks her 31st nationally in the event
- Landing individually in the top-15 of their events were Ryken (200 free), Gillund (50 free and 100 free), Forsyth (200 IM), Avila (200 fly), Doran (100 free), Kiernan (200 back), and Delanee Grier (200 back)
