Guthmiller won the lone women’s conference championship for the Wolves, taking the crown in the javelin. The senior threw a provisional mark of 44.37m, scoring eight team points for NSU. Guthmiller defeated the runner-up by nearly two feet, tossing the mark on her fifth throw of the day. In addition, she took 14^th in the discus (41.55m) and 20^th in the hammer throw (42.11m).
