Prep: Makenna Steffel is a 6-foot, outside hitter out of BOLD High School. She is a 5-year starter and 2-year team captain for the Warriors under head coach Brittney Keltgen. Steffel has accumulated over 890 kills and 180 blocks for BOLD. She is a 3-time all-conference honoree, 3-time KNUJ Player of the Week, 3-time all-section pick, 3-time academic all-conference, 2-time all-area recipient, and 2018 all-state selection. In 2018, she was named to the West Central All-Conference team as the conference MVP. The Warriors earned the 2018 West Central Conference Championship. She is the daughter of Tami and Randy Steffel.
