Prep: Devin Coughlin is a 6-foot-2, 170-pound safety out of Brookings High School. He was a 2-year starter and senior team captain for the Bobcats under head coach Lee Schmidt. A high school quarterback, Coughlin notched 1,322 yards passing and 31 touchdowns. He also added 78 tackles and 11 interceptions on defense. Coughlin is also a member of the basketball, track, and baseball teams at Brookings High School. He is the son of Tom and Kathy Coughlin.
