Biography

Prep: Keontay Rawls is a 6-foot sprinter out of Roosevelt High School. He was a 4-year letter winner for the Rough Riders under the direction of head coach Trevor DeSchepper. Rawls was a member of the 2023 State 4x100 Championship relay, running the fastest leg of the race. He is the son of Kendrick Rawls and Misty Parrow.
