Pre-NSU: Cody Horon is a 6-foot-1, infielder out of Union Grove High School and McHenry County College. As a prep he earned all-conference and all-region honors under the direction of head coach Nate Meyer, helping lead the Broncos to a state runner-up finish. Horon played two seasons at MCC, hitting .350 and .400 for the Scots with one career homerun. He is the son of Toby Horon and Kelly Condu.
