2022-23: Reached the C-Finals of the NSIC Championships in the 100-yard breaststroke and the 200-yard breaststroke, finishing 19^th (1:08.88) and 22^nd (2:33.78) respectively… Was a member of the sixth place 200-yard medley relay at the NSIC Championships which tied the school record time of 1:47.96… Earned two individual event wins with nine top-3 individual finishes, and was also a part of five winning relay teams and a total of seven top-3 finishing relay teams throughout the season… Notched personal-best times in the 50-yard butterfly (29.15) and the 100-yard butterfly (1:05.87)… Ranked 11^th in the NSIC in the 50-yard breaststroke (30.98) and 24^th in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:08.65)… Was named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence…

2021-22: Swam to personal best times in the 50 yard breaststroke (30.59) and the 100 yard IM (1:03.53)… Ranked 16^th in the NSIC in the 50 yard breaststroke, 24^th in the 100 yard breaststroke, and 24^th in the 200 yard breaststroke… Record two event wins in the 50 yard breaststroke, one win in the 200 yard breaststroke, and totaled nine top-3 finishes in the 50, 100, and 200 yard breaststrokes…

2021: Broke two NSU freshman records in the 200 breast (2:27.61) and 50 breast (31.23)… Tallied collegiate bests of 31.23 in the 50 breast, 1:09.22 in the 100 breast, 2:35.07 in the 200 breast, 31.03 in the 50 fly, 1:07.65 in the 100 fly, 1:06.26 in the 100 IM, and 2:20.69 in the 200 IM…

Prep: Mayson Sheldon is a breaststroke swimmer out of Mandan High School. She is a 6-year letter winner and senior team captain for the Braves under the direction of head coach Ralph Manley. Sheldon is a 4-time all-conference selection, all-state honoree, and 6-year member of the academic all-state team. Sheldon holds a personal best of 1:06.88 in the 100 breaststroke. She is the daughter of Scott and Mandy Sheldon.
