2023-24: Earned 22 individual wins with 11 second place finishes and two third place finishes… Was part of the relay team that broke the school record in the 200 free relay (1:37.50) and in the 200 medley relay (1:47.81)… Added school records in the 50 breast and 100 IM... Tallied three NCAA ‘B” cut times in the 200 fly (2:02.54), 200 IM (2:04.32), and in the 400 IM (4:27.96)… Won NSIC Championships in the 200 fly, 200 IM, and 400 IM... Added an All-Conference performance as the runner-up in the 100 IM... Selected to compete in the 200 fly, 200 IM, and 400 IM at the NCAA Championships… Placed 12th in the nation in the 200 fly (2:01.84) earning the first All-American honors of her career… Notched personal-best times in the 100 fly (57.67), 50 free (23.98), 50 breast (30.04), 200 fly (2:01.83), 100 IM (57.11), and 400 IM (4:27.10)… Was named to the NSIC All-Academic Team…
2022-23: Became the third individual swimmer in program history to compete at the NCAA Division II Swimming & Diving Championships, finishing 24th in the 200-yard butterfly (2:04.37), 27th in the 400-yard IM (4:28.94), and 32nd in the 200-yard IM (2:08.09)… Became the third individual swimmer in program history to win a NSIC Championship and only the second to win multiple titles in their career, winning the 200-yard butterfly (2:05.01), 100-yard IM (57.83), 200-yard IM (2:04.31), and the 400-yard IM (4:27.90)… Was a part of two top-10 relay teams at the NSIC Swimming & Diving Championships, contributing to the seventh place 400-yard freestyle relay (3:33.00) and the ninth place 400-yard medley relay (3:57.25)… Broke the Northern State school record in the 100-yard IM (57.43) and the NSU freshman records in the 200-yard butterfly (2:04.37), 100-yard IM (57.43), 200-yard IM (2:03.14), and the 400-yard IM (4:27.90)… Was the individual champion at the UMary Pentathlon, sweeping all five events and recording a combined time of 2:51.65… Earned 33 individual event wins with 35 top-3 individual finishes, and was also a part of six winning relay teams and a total of ten top-3 finishing relay teams throughout the season… Notched personal-best times in the 200-yard butterfly (2:04.37), 400-yard IM (4:27.90), 50-yard freestyle (24.66), 50-yard backstroke (28.22), 50-yard butterfly (26.76), 100-yard IM (57.43), 200-yard IM (2:03.84), and the 100-yard freestyle (53.19)… Held the top time in the NSIC in the 200-yard butterfly (2:04.37), 100-yard IM (57.43), 200-yard IM (2:03.84), and the 400-yard IM (4:27.90)… Ranked second in NCAA Division II in the 100-yard IM (57.43), 25th in the 200-yard IM (2:03.84), 28th in the 200-yard butterfly (2:04.37), and 40th in the 400-yard IM (4:27.90)… Was a 4-time NSIC Swimmer of the Week honoree, named the NSIC Freshman of the Year, and named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence…
Prep: Lilly Grebner is a 5-foot-5, IM and middle distance swimmer out of Aberdeen Christian High School. As a member of the Aberdeen Swim Club, she tallied personal bests of 1:59.04 in the 200 free, 2:22.99 in the 200 breast, 2:10.85 in the 200 back, 2:07.47 in the 200 fly, 2:06.69 in the 200 IM, and 4:33.28 in the 400 IM. She is the daughter of Jason and Heather Grebner.
