Prep: Frazier is a 6-foot-0, 165-pound, safety out of San Pedro High School. He is a starter for the Pirates under head coach Mike Walsh. As a senior, Frazier notched 99 total tackles. He is a 2-time First-Team Defense All-Marine League, 2-time First-Team Defense All-City, and 2-time All-State selection. Frazier was the 2014 Marine League Defensive Player of the Year. In 2015, the Pirates went 8-4 on the year. Frazier is also involved in FCA at San Pedro High School. He is the son of Antonio and Laura Frazier.
