2011: Appeared in 11 games, all in relief…4-0 pitching record with one save…led the team in wins (4), ERA (2.51), games finished (8) and 2nd in batting average against (.265) in 28.2 innings pitched…picked up a win vs. U of Mary, pitched 2 scoreless innings of relief, one hit and two K's (3/5/11)…pitched 2.2 scoreless innings vs. Maryville (3/6/11)…picked up a win vs. Findlay, 5.2 innings, gave up one run (3/8/11)…earned a save vs. Wayne State: 1.1 IP, 0 ER, 4 K's (4/2/11)…earned a win in relief vs. Crookston: 5.2 IP, 0 ER, 1 BB, 5 K's (4/18/11)…earned a win in relief vs. Bemidji State: 5 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 3 K's (4/23/11).

2010: Made 12 relief appearances on the mound…lead all NSU pitchers (20+ inn.) in ERA (10.18)…pitched two scoreless innings of relief vs. Minnesota Crookston in his NCAA debut; gave up two hits and struck out two (2/28/10)…pitched two innings of relief vs. Malone College; gave up one unearned run, and struck out two (3/10/10)…earned his first college win vs. Concordia St. Paul (4/7/10).

Pre-NSU: Thane lettered twice in football, once in track, and twice in baseball at Stevens HS…he is also an accomplished bowler with a 300 game to his credit…as a senior playing American Legion baseball, he pitched in 14 games, with a 4.30 ERA in 37.2 innings (only 8 walks allowed), for Rapid City Post #22.
