Pittsburg, Kan. – The Pittsburg State University offense proved to be too much for the Northern State University softball team in a pair of losses today in Kansas. The Wolves gave up multiple runs in eight of the ten innings played, giving up five defensive errors and 12 unearned runs.

- Northern tallied their one run on five hits and suffered four errors, while Pitt scored 15 runs on 15 hits with one error
- Abby Rux suffered the loss and Dessa Bryant entered in relief, throwing the final two outs of the fourth
