MOORHEAD, Minn. – Northern State fell to the Dragons of MSU Moorhead, 77-76, after Grace Massaquoi sank both of her free throws with under five seconds left in the game. The Wolves finished the outing with 76 points, 31 rebounds, six assists, four steals and two blocks while shooting 50% from the floor, 31.3% from deep and 76.7% from the charity stripe.

  • With over six minutes remaining, Izzy Moore sank two free throws to give the Wolves a 65-58 lead over the Dragons
  • Both teams kept fighting back and forth before Terryn Johnson tied the game at 75-75
  • Moore knocked down a free throw to give the Wolves a one-point lead with seven seconds remaining but fouled Massaquoi, who knocked down both shots from the stripe to secure the game
  • Moore had a stellar game this evening, tallying 39 points, four rebounds and two assists while shooting 9-for-14 from the floor, 2-for-2 from beyond the arc and 9-for-12 from the line
