Burnsville, Minn. – Following the opening weekend of the 2023-24 season, Northern State University sophomore Lilly Grebner is the NSIC Swimmer of the Week. Grebner tallied the same accolades a handful of times in 2022-23 prior to earning NSIC Freshman of the Year honors.
 
NSIC Women's Swimmer of the Week - Lilly Grebner (So., Aberdeen, S.D. / Aberdeen Christian HS) 
- Led NSU to a second place finish and a pair of dual wins in the opening weekend of the season
- Recorded two individual wins in the 200 IM and 100 fly 
- Added three relay wins in the 200 medley relay, 400 medley relay, and 400 medley IM relay
- Ranked in the top-10 of three individual events nationally
- Sits first nationally in the 100 fly (58.70), second in the 200 IM (2:11.53), and seventh in the 50 fly (28.10)
- Her relay teams are ranked fourth in the 200 medley and 400 medley nationally
