Lilly Grebner earned recognition from the conference office once again, being named the NSIC Swimmer of the Week for the third time this season. Grebner's breakout freshman season continued this past weekend as she was a part of a relay win and five individual wins, as she led the Wolves to their second consecutive team-title at the Dragon Invite.

- Led Northern State to their second consecutive team-title at the Dragon Invite
- Claimed five individual wins and was a member of one winning relay team
- Won the 50-yard butterfly (27.11), 100-yard butterfly (59.02), 50-yard breaststroke (32.00), 100-yard breaststroke (1:09.13), and the 200-yard IM (2:12.66)
-Â Her time of 27.11 in the 50-yard butterfly was a new season-best mark
-Â As a member of the winning 400-yard freestyle relay (3:37.98), she swam the fastest time of any team member with a time of 53.38
- Also swam to a runner-up finish in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:32.76)
- Helped lead the Wolves to runner-up relay finishes in the 400-yard medley relay (4:12.71) and the 800-yard freestyle relay (8:23.55)
- Now has a total of 21 individual wins and 23 individual top-3 finishes through nine meets this season
- Named NSIC Swimmer of the Week for the third time this season (9/27/22 & 10/11/22)
