Northern State senior softball student-athlete Jen Martin was honored today by CoSIDA as a member of the 2020 Academic All-District® team. Martin will move on to the All-American ballot which is announced in early June.
 
The 2020 Academic All-District® Softball Team, selected by CoSIDA, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
 
Martin appeared in 18 games for the Wolves in 2020 and led the team hitting .378. She recorded 17 hits, seven doubles, and two homeruns, as well as 20 RBI and seven runs scored. The senior tallied a .667 slugging percentage and .491 on base percentage. She graduated from NSU with a bachelor's degree in communications studies.
