Aberdeen, S.D. – Northern State University head coach
Lynne Dingman announced today the addition of Aberdeen native Chris Weber to the Wolves track and field program. Weber also signed with the football program last week.

s a 5-foot-9, sprinter out of Aberdeen Central High School. He is a 3-year letter winner for the Golden Eagles under the direction of head coach Greg Murley. In 2019, Weber tallied a fourth place finish in the 100m dash at the South Dakota State Meet. Weber holds personal records of 10.88 in the 100m dash and 22.35 in the 200m dash. In addition, he is a 2-time Eastern South Dakota relay champion and a 2019 State Champion in the 4x200m relay. He is the son of Rick and Deb Weber.
"We are excited to have Chris join our pack next year," noted Dingman. "He will instantly be battling it out with the men in our conference in the 100 and 200 and make a nice addition to our 4x100 relay team."
