Track and field set for Blue Hawk Games

Aberdeen, S.D. – Northern State track and field will head North tomorrow for the Dickinson State Blue Hawk Games. Competition kicks off at 11:30 a.m. (MT) from the Henry Biesiot Activities Complex.

QUICK HITS ON THE NSU WOMEN

The Northern State won recorded three event victories and 13 top-5 finishes from the UNK Loper Invite
Paige Larson won the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 11:58.72
Jordyn Sterud continued the distance success winning the 5000m run with a time of 19:59.70
Hanneke Oosterwegel took home the top spot in the 400m hurdles with a season best and national provisional mark of 1:01.34, which ranks her 15th in the nation
Recording top-5 finishes for the Wolves were Livia Wallace (3000m steeplechase), Hanneke Oosterwegel (100m hurdles), Shanice Burrell (100m hurdles), Madison Barnes (400m, 200m), Jennifer Clark (1500m), Isabel Kinzer (400m hurdles), Tava Berg (high jump), Sonia Alaman (high jump), Kealy Hill (pole vault), and Jordan Menken (shot put)
