San Louis Obispo, Calif. – The Northern State University track and field teams opened their full weekend slate with three Wolves in competition from the Cal Poly Shareslo Invite.
Jordan Menken,
Tanner Berg, and
Jake Olson all took on the hammer throw in the first day of competition.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Jordan Menken landed in the top-15 amongst Division I competition with a personal best throw of 37.77m (123'11.00")
- Tanner Berg tallied the highest finish of the afternoon for the Wolves, taking third with an NCAA provisional mark. The sophomore threw 56.53m (185'5.50") on his final attempt
- Jake Olson also found himself in the top-5 with a personal record throw of 49.30m (161'8.75")

Kelson Brewer, and
Itoitz Rodriguez) and the Wayne State Wildcat Classic. Competition opens at 2:30 p.m. (CT) in California and 11 a.m. from Wayne State.
