Wolves Climb Three Spots to No. 4 in AVCA Top-25 Poll

Lexington, Ky. – Following the conclusion of the regular season, the Northern State University volleyball team has moved up three spots to No. 4 in this week's AVCA Top-25 Poll. The Wolves earned 972 points with a record of 24-4 on the year.
 
Northern is the highest ranked NSIC institution heading into the league tournament, joined by No. 7 St. Cloud State, No. 8 Concordia-St. Paul, No. 8 Minnesota Duluth, No. 12 Wayne State, No. 15 Winona State, No. 18 Southwest Minnesota State, No. 19 Upper Iowa, (RV) Augustana, and (RV) Minnesota State.
 
In addition, regionally opponents No. 2 Nebraska Kearney, No. 3 Washburn, No. 10 Central Missouri, No. 20 Northwest Missouri State, and (RV) Central Oklahoma landed on the list.
 
The Wolves will open the NSIC Tournament this Friday at 7:30 p.m. versus No. 19 Upper Iowa from the Sanford Pentagon.
