Aberdeen, S.D. – The Northern State University football team takes on St. Cloud State next Saturday, September 22, from Swisher Field. NSU Athletics is hosting a variety of activities for fans of all ages for the game which kicks off at 1 p.m. against the Huskies. Local Heroes Day
Police, firefighters, first responders, and members of the military will receive a ticket discount at the door with active ID. Ticket discounts are as follows $7 for adults, $5 for seniors, and $3 for youth, and are only good for one ticket purchased.
Gold Rush Game
Fans are encouraged to wear their Northern State gold to the game, and out-shine the traveling Huskie crowd. All gold apparel will be discounted at the
NSU Wolfe Shoppe (in the Northern State Student Center) on September 21 and 22.
Free Tailgate for Wolves Club Members
Calling all Wolves Club members to make their way to the Wolves Tailgate lot prior to the contest for a free event beginning at 11 a.m. Free food and beverages will be available for active Wolves Club members, with the event running until kickoff. Current members will be required to check-in at the main entrance of the tailgate area, with Wolves Club staff assisting. Not a Wolves Club member? No problem, fans are able to join the Wolves Club that day and join in on the fun. The YMCA will also be running the Golf Balls for Smalls event in the tailgate lot prior to the game.
Midco Sponsored Giveaways
The contest between the Wolves and Huskies is sponsored by Midco with the company offering two promotions for fans attending the game. All fans can enter in to win a free 50-inch Sharp LED Smart TV with built in Roku TV, with a table set up near the main North entrance. The winner can watch the Wolves all season long with the NSIC app on Roku! All students who swipe their ID cards will automatically be entered for a chance to win a pair of Beats Powerbeats
