Nicole Monanian announced today the addition of two more student-athletes for the 2019-20 season. Lauren Forsyth (Durban, South Africa) and Melani Mercer (Omaha, Neb.) will join November additions; Annalise Bishop (Huron, S.D.), Kennedy Davis (Springfield, Va.), Delanee Grier (Fort Wayne, Ind.), Hannah Kiernan (Bradford, Ontario), Megan Pattee (Farmington, Minn.), Grace Peterson (Berthoud, Colo.), and Delaney Ryken (Ames, Iowa).

Lauren Forsyth • Durban, South Africa • St Mary's DSG Kloof
Lauren Forsyth is a butterfly swimmer out of South Africa. She swims for both St Mary's DSG Kloof and the Westville Swimming Club. Forsyth ranks in the top-50 nationally in the butterfly, breaststroke, backstroke, and freestyle in South Africa. Her prep squad finished fourth at the DND Gala, the most prestigious swim meet of the season. Forsyth holds personal records of 26.95 in the 50 fly, 58.50 in the 100 fly, and 55.31 in the 100 free (converted times). She is the daughter of Sharon and Kingsley Forsyth.

Melani Mercer • Omaha, Neb. • Millard North HS
Melani Mercer is a freestyle swimmer out of Millard North High School. She is a 3-year letterwinner and senior team captain for the Mustangs under head coach Andrew Cunningham. Mercer is a 3-time Nebraska State qualifier, holding personal records of 25.60 in the 50 free and 56.39 in the 100 free. She is the daughter of Nikki Mercer.
