Aberdeen, S.D.- The Northern State women's basketball team travels this weekend to face St. Cloud State and the University of Minnesota Duluth. The Wolves are coming off a weekend split from Wachs Arena defeating Augustana University (60-57) and falling to Wayne State College (51-66). NSU sits atop the NSIC North with an overall record of 17-6 overall and a 13-5 record in league play, locked in with division rivals MSUM.

Two starters are in double-digit scoring with sophomore Jill Conrad leading the way with a 13.6 points per game average and senior Devon Brecke following up with 11.0 points per game. Through mid-season action, the Wolves are shooting 41.3% from the floor, 31.2% from 3-point range, and 73.3% from the foul line this season.

NSU is third in the league in scoring defense, behind nationally ranked Winona State, with a 61.1 mark. As a team, Northern State also leads the NSIC with the largest rebounding margin at 6.2. Lauren Deadrick has continued to dominate on the boards for the Wolves, with a team-high 9.0 rebounds each match.
