Northern State University Baseball team started it's 2015 campaign with a loss Tuesday afternoon in Tucson, AZ.  The Wolves fell to Malone University 4-3.

Malone's pitcher Cody Ballay held the Wolves (0-1) to just six hits overall in six innings, two hits came from Eric O'Bryan who went 2-for-4 with a RBI single in the game. Tyler Gripentrog got the other 2 RBI's with his double in the fifth inning.
Cody Johns took the loss for the Wolves after he pitched six innings and allowed four runs on twelve hits in the game. Marcus Manderbach pitched two innings of scoreless relief for Northern in the contest. Chiquel Davis got the final out in
relief.

Wolves continue Wednesday with a non-conference game with University of Mary. First pitch is slated for 2:30 PM CT.
