Live Stats Aberdeen, S.D. – The Northern State University baseball team will remain on the road this weekend versus Wayne State College. The Wolves and the Wildcats are set to match-up for a pair of doubleheaders at 1 p.m. on Saturday and 12 p.m. on Sunday.
The Wolves are 7-8 on the year and 1-3 in conference play, heading into their second week of NSIC competition. Wolves currently holding batting averages up .300 led by
Lucas Lorenz with a .357 average and .821 slugging percentage.
Eric O'Bryan has tallied a team leading 18 hits, while
Mark Abrahamson is leading the Wolves with 12 RBI. Lorenz, Abrahamson, and

Chris May leads the team with a .353 average, while Nathan Ackerman sits in a close second with a .344 average. Ackerman has tallied a team leading 21 hits, five homeruns, and 19 RBI this season, with a .754 slugging percentage. Kyle Henneback is leading the Wildcats on the hill with a 2-1 record and 1.00 ERA. He has made six appearances this season, tallying 13 strikeouts. Dylan McGill is second on the team in ERA with a 2.53 mark, tallying three wins and a team leading 20 strikeouts this season. The WSC staff is holding their opponents to a .251 average on the year.
