The Northern State baseball team opens NSIC play this weekend as the Wolves open league play with a four-game series with Augustana down in Sioux Falls. The first doubleheader of the series will be played Friday night beginning at 3:30. The series finishes Sunday with a pair of games beginning at noon.
The Wolves enter the weekend with a 6-4 record after going 5-4 down in Arizona at the Tucson Invitational. NSU has won four consecutive games. The Vikings are 8-6 on the year and are 1-0 at Ronken Field.
